Colby Swettberg

Colby Swettberg serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Silver Lining Mentoring since July 2009 and as Management Faculty at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice since September 2019. Previously, Colby held the position of Director of LGBTQ Services at The Home for Little Wanderers from July 2001 to July 2009 and worked as a Learning Facilitator at Harvard University from 2005 to 2009. Colby's early career included a role as Assistant Director at SpeakOut from 2000 to 2001. Colby holds an Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MSW in Social Work from Simmons College, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, with additional education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
