Natanja Craig Oquendo is a social entrepreneur with extensive experience in grassroots program management and philanthropy. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the Boston Women's Fund since September 2020, Natanja previously held various leadership roles at The Boston Foundation from June 2008 to June 2022, including Director of Grassroots Programs. In this role, Natanja designed and implemented a unique grant-making strategy, managed a $1.5 million budget, and led a comprehensive grassroots marketing and public relations strategy. Natanja oversaw a $100,000 prize competition and initiated partnerships to advance the foundation’s mission while providing high-level consulting to organizations on fundraising and development. Natanja's work is characterized by a deep commitment to empowering communities and fostering connections among grassroots leaders.
