Kefiloe Seome

Kefiloe Seome is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources coordination and management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Co-Ordinator at Implats since May 2021, Kefiloe previously held multiple roles within the same organization, including HR Practitioner specializing in Talent & Employment Equity and Training Officer in Human Resource Development from June 2010 to March 2021. Prior to joining Implats, Kefiloe worked as an HR Practitioner at the Department of Science and Technology from June 2009 to February 2010 and completed a Graduate Internship in HR at Royal Bafokeng Administration in early 2009. Educational qualifications include a BSocSc Honours degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies with a focus on Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in BSocSc with concentrations in Labour, Organisational Psychology, and Human Resource Management, both obtained from the University of Cape Town.
