Nishika Indurjeeth

Nishika Indurjeeth is a Senior Commercial Lawyer at Implats since November 2021, where responsibilities include providing legal advice on commercial, contractual, procurement, and mining charter matters. Nishika also serves as a member of the Impala Rustenburg Transformation Steering Committee and holds roles as the employer-elected Trustee and Vice Chairperson of the Impala Medical Plan, along with being a Trustee of the Implats Pension Fund. Prior experience spans various legal roles at Vedanta Zinc International, the Minerals Council South Africa, Impala Platinum, Anglo American, the De Beers Group, Clientele Limited, and as a Professional Assistant Attorney. Nishika holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and has received multiple awards and recognitions throughout a comprehensive legal career.
