Sifiso Sibiya

Sifiso Sibiya serves as the Group Executive for Refining and Marketing at Impala Platinum Ltd since January 2002, overseeing the refining processes of Base and Precious metals and acting as an ExCo member. With a substantial background in marketing and sales, Sifiso held various roles, including Executive of Marketing and Financial Manager for Sales and Admin, focusing on market development, strategy alignment, and customer relationship management. Additional leadership positions include Chairman and Director at Impala Platinum Japan, Director at Two Rivers Platinum Mine, and Trustee for the Implats Pension Fund. Sifiso's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Strategy - Marketing from UNISA and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
