Michelle Arévalo-Carpenter

Michelle Arevalo-Carpenter is a co-founder and general partner at IMPAQTO Capital, leading efforts to invest in early-stage impact startups in the Andean Region since January 2021. With extensive experience in the impact sector, previously served as executive director of strategy and content at SOCAP Global, and held various roles such as vice president of purpose and communities at Betterfly, and director for Latin America at NEXUS Global. Earlier in the career, Michelle was the general manager for TECHO in Ecuador and the overseas operations director at Asylum Access, contributing significantly to initiatives supporting vulnerable populations. Michelle holds a Master's in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MSt in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.
