Previously, Ben held positions including E-learning Developer at Siemens, where over 200 sales courses were developed, and Instructional Designer at Dutch Bros Coffee, focusing on comprehensive training solutions for a nationwide workforce. With extensive experience as an educator in various international settings, Ben has designed innovative curricula and multimedia learning experiences while championing accessibility initiatives. Ben B. holds a Master's in Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, complemented by a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Sheffield Hallam University.
