Jonathan Hawley

Jonathan Hawley has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Jonathan started their career at The University of Alabama, where they worked as an IT Analyst and later as a Project Manager/Scrum Master. Jonathan then worked as a Systems Engineering Co-Op at ADTRAN before joining CGI as a Software Engineering Intern. At CGI, they further developed their skills as a Software Consultant, where they automated data retrieval and processing, implemented data aggregation solutions, and designed and developed web solutions with automated reporting functionality. Jonathan also worked at Impartner Software as a Software Engineer, where they upgraded a legacy software application and later became a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead. In this role, they guided the team to deliver projects on time and created a culture of feedback and continuous growth. Overall, Jonathan has a strong background in software engineering and project management.

Jonathan Hawley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Alabama from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma with Honors from Romeo Senior High School from 2010 to 2014.
