Paul French

Paul French has a diverse work experience in corporate communications and management. Paul is currently the Head of Corporate Communications at Impax Asset Management since August 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Corporate Communications at Fidelity International from February 2019 to August 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Paul worked at RBC where they served as the Senior Director, Executive Communications, with overall responsibility for managing the communications strategy for Dave McKay, President and CEO of Royal Bank of Canada. Paul also provided communication support for Katie Taylor, Chair of the Board, and managed the communications strategy for RBC Economics and RBC's Office of the CEO. Additionally, they were responsible for RBC's innovation strategy, including communicating the bank's leadership in transformative technologies.

Paul's previous experience includes roles at RBC Wealth Management, where they led the external and internal communications function in various regions. Paul also worked at Fishburn Hedges, where they acted as a consultant for several financial services organizations, including SunGard, ICAP, Liquidnet, and S&P Indices. Before that, they served as a Business Liaison Officer at Britain in Europe.

Paul French earned a First Class degree in Music from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
