James Leese

James Leese has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James most recently worked as a Sales Director at Impel from 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Cox Automotive UK, including Chief Customer Officer and Group Sales Director, where they focused on developing and delivering customer and sales strategies, restructuring sales teams, and improving customer satisfaction and growth. Before joining Cox Automotive UK, James was a Sales Director at Manheim UK, where they led the remarketing sales division and achieved significant growth in revenue and profitability. James also worked as a Sales Director at Manheim, managing various segments and developing key accounts. Earlier in their career, James was a Senior Account Director at 2nd Byte, where they focused on developing key manufacturer accounts, and a Director at Freshegg. Overall, James has a strong background in sales, customer strategy, and team management in the automotive industry.

James Leese attended Columbia Business School from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Business Strategy. Prior to this, they attended Launceston College from 1984 to 1994. James also attended University College Marjon in Plymouth from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Sports Science.
