Svitlana Sirodoyeva

Svitlana Sirodoyeva is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Director at Impel - Grupa Impel since October 2021, Svitlana has previously held the position of HR Director at БАНК АЛЬЯНС from July 2018 to September 2021. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Manager of the HR Department at the National Bank of Ukraine from March 2015 to June 2018, Head of HR Projects at the consulting company Next Level between December 2013 and January 2015, and Head of Training & Development at Ukrsibbank from October 2006 to May 2014. Svitlana holds a specialist diploma in Psychology from Херсонский гуманитарный институт.
