Bevis Cheng is a Co-Founder & CEO of Impello, a Partner at ANZA Partners, and a Co-Founder & CEO of The Hacker Exchange. At ANZA Partners, they work with Australian startups entering the U.S. market to accelerate growth and market expansion. At The Hacker Exchange, they bring together ambitious and curious humans and connects them to Silicon Valley, Israel, Singapore and Australia. As an Investment Manager at Bay Angels, they source and screens deal flow for startups seeking early stage seed funding. At Elm Grove Partners, they define and drives the firm's vision and strategic agenda by growing their brand, scaling and diversifying their operations, assessing responsible risk on return for projects, and growing the firm's profitability and balance sheet. At Commonwealth Bank, they sourced prospective clients through internal channels and external networks and provided customised solutions to improve processing efficiencies and recommended structures to capitalise on maximum returns. At National Australia Bank, they managed a portfolio of clients in the SME segment and maintained its credit risk profile, structured credit applications aligned to client cash flow and working capital requirements, and enhanced portfolio profitability by sourcing new-to-bank clients and driving product cross-sales as part of balance sheet and revenue growth.

Bevis Cheng received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne, and also participated in an Exchange Program in Advanced Chinese at Shanghai International Studies University.
