Doug Boyd has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. Doug has held various marketing roles at different companies, starting with Rubicor Medical where they were an Associate Product Manager responsible for minimally invasive breast biopsy technologies. Doug then worked as a Product Manager at PEAK Surgical, where they contributed to the development and commercialization of advanced energy technology. Next, they joined Medtronic as a Product Manager, followed by a role as a Sr. Marketing Manager at Mauna Kea Technologies, where they focused on the advent of Optical Biopsy. Doug then moved to Auris Health, Inc. as a Director of Marketing, where they pioneered the development and commercialization of robotic endoscopy before the company was acquired by Johnson & Johnson. At Johnson & Johnson, they served as a Capital Sales - Robotics professional. More recently, Doug has held Vice President Marketing positions at Imperative Care and Telos Health.
Doug Boyd attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2001 to 2005. Doug pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems during this time.
