Pari Khales

Pari Khales has over 30 years of experience in quality engineering and assurance roles. Currently, they are the Director of Quality Engineering at Imperative Care, where they provide strategic leadership and supports product development and manufacturing processes. Prior to this, Pari worked as the Director of Quality, New Product Development at Becton Dickinson, where they developed and executed quality strategies for new products. Pari also served as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Sight Sciences, Inc., the Director of QA at PneumRx, Inc., and the Associate Director at Life Technologies, where they established and maintained quality systems. Pari's experience also includes managerial positions at Abbott Hematology, LifeScan, Genzyme Diagnostics, BD Biosciences, and Cooper Biomedical.

Pari Khales pursued their education in engineering, focusing on both a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree in science and engineering. Starting in 1978, they studied at John Brown University for one year before transferring to Christian Brothers University, where they continued their studies from 1980 to 1983, earning their BSCE (Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering) degree.
