Ronald Austin has held various legal and executive positions in notable companies such as Imperative Care, Integrated Nano-Technologies, Biosensors International Group, XTENT Inc., and Trimble. Ronald is also the co-founder of Peripheral Therapies, Inc. which was later acquired by Biosensors International Group. Ronald has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Maine School of Law and an MBA from the University of Maine.
