Amit Walia

Amit Walia currently serves as the Head Legal & Secretarial at Imperial Auto Industries since September 2025. Previously, Amit accumulated extensive experience at J M BAXI GROUP, where roles included Senior General Manager Legal & Company Secretary and Deputy General Manager Legal & Company Secretary from April 2014 to September 2025. Early career experience includes roles as Deputy Company Secretary at The Grand New Delhi Hotel and Residences, Company Secretary at Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited, and Assistant Company Secretary at Vanasthali Textile Industries Limited. Amit holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi, and a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, among other qualifications.
