Chris Byers

Chris Byers has a strong background in finance and private equity. Chris began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in 2013. Chris then joined TD Securities as an Investment Banking Associate before moving on to Clairvest Group Inc. as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate in Private Equity. In 2019, Chris joined FundThrough, where they held various roles including Director of Strategic Finance, VP of Strategic Finance, and VP of Finance until 2023. Currently, Chris is working at Imperial Capital Limited, first as a Senior Associate and later as a Vice President. Chris also serves as a Board Member for Frontier Service Partners, a residential home services platform backed by Imperial Capital.

Chris Byers attended Queen's University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree. In 2011, they also participated in an exchange program at Lund University's School of Management and Economics.
