Elena Ban

Elena Ban is a highly experienced CPA and MBA professional with a strong background in financial reporting, tax reporting, and accounting. Elena has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Financial Reporting at Imperial Capital Limited, where they currently serve as a Vice President. Prior to this, Elena worked at The Citco Group of Companies, where they were a Vice President Private Equity and later became the Vice President of International Tax Reporting, specializing in FATCA, CRS, and QI reporting. Elena also has experience in hedge fund accounting and management. Elena started their career at Citco Fund Services as a Senior Fund Accountant, and later worked as an Investment Valuation Associate at State Street. Overall, Elena brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in finance and accounting to their roles.

Elena Ban, CPA, MBA has a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Finance from Concordia University, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Elena also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from SDA Bocconi, obtained from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they are a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), certified by CPA Canada.
