Josh Kochen

Josh Kochen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently a Partner at Imperial Capital Limited, a Toronto-based mid-market private equity firm managing approximately US$3.6 billion, Josh also serves as a Board Member for Fortis Fire & Safety and GO Car Wash, both companies focused on industry innovation and growth. Prior roles include Associate at Alignvest Management Corporation and various positions at RBC Capital Markets in Mergers & Acquisitions. Josh holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and has also studied at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and the University of Guelph.
