Martin Dezell

Martin DeZell has a strong background in consulting and value creation. Martin is currently the Principal of Value Creation at Imperial Capital Limited, a role they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Value Creation at the same company from December 2022 to January 2024.

Before joining Imperial Capital Limited, Martin worked at Bain & Company for several years. Their positions at Bain & Company include Associate Partner from July 2021 to October 2022, Senior Manager from August 2018 to June 2021, Case Team Leader from September 2017 to July 2018, and Consultant from October 2015 to September 2017.

Additionally, Martin worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company in 2014. Prior to their consulting career, they had roles at Epic, including Reporting Coordinator Team Leader from April 2012 to July 2013, Reporting Coordinator from June 2011 to April 2012, and Technical Services Engineer from September 2010 to June 2011.

Martin DeZell received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010. In 2009, they attended the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
