Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience in the investment banking industry. Jonathan is currently the Managing Director and COO of Investment Banking at Imperial Capital, LLC since June 2021. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as a Partner at Zatara Capital LLC, a boutique merchant banking platform, from May 2019 to May 2021, where they provided capital and debt advisory services to middle market companies. Before joining Zatara Capital, Jonathan held the position of Director at William Blair from August 2016 to April 2019. Jonathan also has previous experience at Imperial Capital, LLC, where they worked as Senior Vice President from January 2015 to July 2016, Vice President from July 2012 to December 2014, and Associate from February 2011 to July 2012. Jonathan began their career as an Associate at Trinity Capital LLC from April 2009 to January 2011 and worked as an Analyst/Associate at Jefferies & Company from July 2005 to December 2008.

Jonathan Lee attended The Wharton School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting.
