Stuart Hamilton

Stuart Hamilton is the CEO and Founder of Amba Health and Care since May 2020, focusing on enhancing the health and wellbeing of older individuals through innovative products and care solutions. In addition, Stuart has served as an advisor for Technology Commercialisation at Imperial College London since October 2019, guiding the commercialisation of technologies developed at the institution. As an investor, Stuart has supported Patients Know Best since April 2013 and Seedrs since May 2012, contributing to their significant growth. With experience in various roles since 2008 as a partner, investor, and advisor, Stuart has contributed to the development of new business ideas across multiple companies. Previous experience includes serving as a Director at Axon Group plc during its significant growth phase from startup to IPO, as well as commercial management at 3D Scanners, which earned recognition as the UK Exporter of the Year in 1995. Stuart's education includes a PhD in Computer Aided Engineering and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, both from Imperial College London.
