Victoria Nicholl

Victoria Nicholl currently serves as Head of Incubation Services at Imperial College London, leading a team that provides extensive support to founders and has co-founded the Green Tech Legal Collaborative, which has garnered the Law Works Award for Most Effective Pro Bono Partnership in 2023. With a robust background in entrepreneurial development, Victoria has significantly increased mentorship and coaching services for student and graduate startups at Imperial College London, securing substantial pro bono legal consultancy and expanding various mentoring initiatives. Previous roles include Admissions Manager positions at both Sotheby's Institute of Art and Entrepreneur First, and a range of administrative and management positions in academic settings, alongside contributions to industry partnerships and student engagement strategies. Victoria holds an MSc in Information, Communication and Society and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, complemented by a B.A. (Hons) in Ancient History and Classical Archaeology.
