Angela Jones

Angela Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Angela started their career as a Teachers Aide at Shawnee School District in 1993 and worked there until 1997. From 1997 to 2003, they worked as a Receptionist at Wymore, INC. Following that, they served as an Office Manager at W&M Electrical Services from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, Angela joined the Imperial County Office of Education, where they held multiple roles. Angela started as a Technology Assistant II, providing technical support for educational web applications. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Outreach Specialist, where they managed communications and marketing for a grant program. Additionally, they researched and implemented software applications, trained staff on new systems, and created reports. Angela's most recent position, which they still hold presently, is as the Music Director at El Centro First Assembly of God. In this role, they plan and directs all musical events, manages a team of volunteers, and provides musical training and guidance.

Angela Jones earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Psychology. In addition to their degrees, Angela also obtained a certification in CompTIA + Project from CompTIA in July 2015.
