Karen Cole

Karen Cole has extensive experience in customer outreach, technical writing, and education. Currently serving as a Customer Outreach Specialist and Technical Writer at Piedmont Community Health Plan since 2016, Karen's prior roles include Classroom Teacher at Bedford County Public Schools from 2013 to 2016 and Managing Editor at Quadrant HealthCom from 1999 to 2009. Additionally, Karen held the position of Director of University Personnel at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1992 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a Teaching Certification K-5 from the College of St. Elizabeth, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Affairs from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Politics, and Psychology from St Andrews Presbyterian College.
