Jinny Kcehowski

Jinny Kcehowski currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Training & Enablement at Imperial Dade, a leading distributor in North America, since February 2024. Previously, Jinny held the position of Global Commercial Training Director for Professional Hygiene at Essity from November 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included conducting training needs analyses and aligning training strategies across multiple regions. Jinny's extensive experience in training and development started at Curbell Plastics, where roles included Associate Director of Training & Development and Training Manager, focusing on curriculum development, onboarding, and management of training programs. Jinny holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from Saint Vincent College.
