Joe Anderson

Joe Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe started their career at Target Corporation in 1994, where they served as a Warehouse Manager for nearly a decade. Joe then worked at Corporate Express as a Manager of Furniture Operations, overseeing a $100 million per year operation. Following that, they joined Denny Hecker Automotive as a Finance Manager and later as a Compliance Manager for 23 dealerships. In 2009, they joined Morries Automotive Group as a New Car Manager. From 2016 to 2020, Joe was with Sysco Atlanta, where they held positions such as Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, and Director of Operations. Currently, they are working at Imperial Dade as a Senior Director of Operations and Regional Director of Operations SE, focusing on labor excellence and optimizing workforce productivity.

Joe Anderson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Concordia University-St. Paul in the years 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications, such as Kaizen Leader certified, Leadership Essentials certified, Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals, and Project Management Fundamentals.
