Keren Legra

Keren Legra has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Keren currently holds the position of Director, Employee Relations & Engagement at Imperial Dade, where they lead employee experience strategies and manages HR policies and programs. Prior to this, Keren served as a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics from 2019 to 2022. Keren has also worked at FedEx Ground as an Employee Experience HR Specialist, Training and Development HR Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist II from 2012 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Keren was an Area Human Resources Manager at UTi Worldwide (DSV A/S) and a Human Resources Generalist at G&K Services. Keren began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at Atlantis Health Club. Throughout their career, Keren has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, and HR assessments.

Keren Legra holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Thomas Edison State University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Change Management from Cornell University in 2022 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in 2011. Keren also has certifications in Select Interview Train-The-Trainer, How to Conduct Effective Workplace Investigations, and is a WiRL Leadership Series Facilitator from Humin Inclusion Partners in 2018.
