Junaid Allie

Junaid is a seasoned People and Culture executive, with global experience in this function across multiple sectors including pharmaceutical, construction & engineering and financial services. Prior to joining Imperial, Junaid worked at several large organisations including Sasol, ABSA/Barclays, Group Five and Eli Lilly where he served at a Senior or Executive level. He is a qualified pharmacist and completed an MBA degree. With over 20 years of experience in Human Capital management, business leadership and transformation, and business management, Junaid has led large business, human resources functions and organisational projects including system, behavioural, culture and structural change initiatives.
