Miquel Rox

Miquel Rox is an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager at Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, leading a team of 50 and overseeing food and beverage operations as well as meeting and event services since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Food Beverage Manager at The Imperial London Hotels Limited, where Miquel was part of the re-opening team for the Royal National hotel, and acting as Food and Beverage Manager during the graduate program at Arora Hotels. Previous roles include Bar Manager and Floor Supervisor at KuPP Ltd and All Bar One, as well as various positions in notable establishments such as Park Plaza County Hall and Malmaison.
