Wayne Power

Wayne Power, ICD.D, currently serves on the Board of Directors for Énergie NB Power and the New Brunswick Museum, in addition to being an Advisory Board Member for Imperial Manufacturing Group since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Wayne Power was the Chair of the Energy Secretariat and Advisor to the Nuclear Secretariat for the Government of New Brunswick from January 2022 to May 2024. At J.D. Irving, Limited, from August 2004 to December 2021, Wayne Power held multiple executive positions, including Group Vice President of the Transportation and Logistics Division, where leadership encompassed a diverse range of companies in road, rail, marine, and services sectors. Earlier experience includes various executive roles at Owens Corning from 1992 to 2004, including General Manager of the Acoustic Systems Business. Wayne Power earned an ICD.D from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, and an MBA from the City University of Seattle.
