Jennifer Ren

Jennifer Ren is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager Execution at Imperial Oil since October 2024, Jennifer previously held key roles at ExxonMobil as a Project Engineer and Business Lead from June 2022 to October 2024. Prior experience at Imperial Oil from June 2012 to June 2022 includes positions such as Kearl Facilities Engineer and Canada Fuels Ops Project Manager Execution, along with serving as a Technical Contact and Advisor within the Lubes Engineering Cluster Canada. Jennifer began her career with internships in operations management at Procter & Gamble and Unilever, complemented by a research position at McMaster University. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biological Engineering from McMaster University and a certificate in Project Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
