RJ Liu, P.Eng, M.Eng, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in leading major industrial projects. Currently serving as Project Manager – Execution at Imperial Oil since July 2019, RJ Liu emphasizes safety leadership and oversees all aspects of project execution from planning to closure. Prior to this role, RJ Liu held positions including Senior Engineer/Project Manager at PCL Construction, managing significant projects such as the $3 billion Suncor Energy Fort Hills oil sands project. Early career experience includes project engineering management at COWI and a project engineering role at Fluor, contributing to high-value projects like the Kodak Film Plant Project. RJ Liu holds a Master of Engineering in Construction and Engineering Management from the University of Alberta.
