Mark Tucker

Mark Tucker, CPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Imperial Oil since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Cenovus Energy as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and held multiple positions at Imperial Oil, including Employee Relations Advisor and HR Advisor for the Kearl Oil Sands. Mark's earlier experience includes a tenure at Bird Construction as a Human Resources/Labour Relations Generalist, along with various roles in human resources and student employment programs at Rio Tinto and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University, which was completed in 2013.
