Heather Keeling

Heather Morrison Keeling is the Vice President of Human Resources at Imperial PFS, a leading commercial premium financing provider, since 2010. Prior to this role, Heather served as a Human Resources Manager at AIG from 2005 to 2010, supporting a 300-person commercial premium financing division and managing an MBA program for associates globally. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Campus Recruiter at UBS (2003-2005) and Campus Recruiter/Summer Program Manager at Merrill Lynch (2000-2003). Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Elon University, completed in 1997.
