Angela Bergstrom

Angela Bergstrom has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Angela currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Imperial Supplies, a role they began in October 2022. Before joining Imperial Supplies, Angela served as the Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development at NPS Holdings LLC, where they were responsible for leading HR functions and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and experience. Prior to that, they founded and owned STEP into HUMILITY Leadership Solutions LLC, where they offered consulting, training, and keynote speaking services from March 2019 to April 2021. Angela also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Northcentral Technical College and as an Organizational Development Specialist at Menasha Packaging and BW Papersystems. At BW Papersystems, they also held the role of Organizational Development Manager and served as a professor at Barry-Wehmiller University, facilitating various courses. Angela has earlier experience as a Sales Account Manager at WCQM Radio, as well as the Executive Director of the Phillips Area Chamber of Commerce. Their career began as a Customer Service Representative at American Family Insurance.

Angela Bergstrom has a diverse education history. Angela attended Bellevue University from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Leadership. In 2021, they completed a Human Resources Management Certificate program at Villanova University.

Before attending Bellevue University, Angela earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Northcentral Technical College in 2014. Prior to that, they studied Accounting at the same college from 2007 to 2012, earning another Associate of Applied Science degree.

Angela also pursued various professional certifications. Angela obtained the Adult Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in June 2023. In November 2020, they received the Emotional CPR (eCPR) Practitioner Certification from eCPR | Wisconsin Milkweed Alliance (WIMA). In August 2019, Angela became a Certified Coach, Trainer, & Speaker through the John Maxwell Team. Angela obtained their Certified Facilitator certification from FranklinCovey in April 2017 and completed another Certified Facilitator program from Extended DISC® USA, U.K., Canada, and Singapore in June 2012.

Additionally, Angela has participated in several training programs. In 2015, they completed the People Development Training at Barry-Wehmiller University. Angela also attended Barry-Wehmiller University for the Culture of Service Foundations program in 2013 and the Leadership Fundamentals program from 2012 to 2013. In 2010, they underwent Communication Skills Training at Barry-Wehmiller University, and in 2009, they studied Lean Fundamentals, specifically Lean Manufacturing, at the same institution.
