Darsey Shepherd

Darsey Shepherd is an experienced professional with a focus on contractual compliance and customer service. Currently serving as a Contract and Compliance Coordinator at Imperial Supplies since February 2015, Darsey collaborates with executive leaders to establish beneficial agreements for the company. Prior to this role, Darsey worked as a Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional support and handling product inquiries to assist the sales team. Darsey also holds significant experience from EarthLink Business, where duties included managing telecom accounts as a Team Lead Order Manager from November 2007 to February 2015. Darsey completed an Associate's Degree in Paralegal studies at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College between 2005 and 2010.
