Jane Specht

Jane Specht is an accomplished Senior Recruiter at Imperial Supplies since April 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing all phases of the recruitment process. Previously, Jane served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cabela's from June 2013 to April 2022, managing various HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance, as well as providing operational support. Prior to that, Jane was the Vice President at Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin from November 1997 to October 2007, overseeing program planning, staff development, and fiscal control. Jane holds a degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, with additional education from Northern Michigan University and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
