HR Business Partner at Imperial War Museums

Emma Sheard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Emma began their career at Outlook Expeditions where they gained work experience in their customer service department. Emma then joined Richmond Associates, an international recruitment consultancy, where they held various roles including Junior Consultant, Junior Consultant in the Australian office, and Candidate Consultant. During their time at Richmond Associates, they worked with prestigious organizations such as Tate, the Natural History Museum, and the National Theatre. Emma then moved on to the English National Ballet where they served as a Capital Campaign Executive. Currently, they are at the Imperial War Museums, starting as an HR Officer and later progressing to the role of HR Business Partner.

Emma Sheard's education history begins with their attendance at Wakefield Girls' High School from 2002 to 2009. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Zoology at the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.

Following their undergraduate studies, Emma Sheard furthered their education by enrolling in the University of Westminster from 2020 to 2022. During this period, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In addition to their formal education, Emma Sheard has also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in October 2022.
