Head Of Communications And Stakeholder Relations at Imperial War Museums

Monique Kent's work experience begins in 2008 as the Director's Assistant at Le Palais des Beaux-Arts. In 2010, they became the Learning and Development Assistant at Essex Collection of Art from Latin America (ESCALA). From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Apollo Magazine as an Editorial Assistant and later as an Assistant Editor. In 2013, they joined Turner Contemporary as a Press and Media Officer, and later became the Press and Media Manager. In 2015, they became a Senior Press Officer at the Royal Academy of Arts. Monique then joined Imperial War Museums in 2016 as the Corporate Communications Manager, and went on to hold positions as the Head of Press, Head of Communications, and Head of Communications and Stakeholder Relations.

Monique Kent obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art History and French from the University of Kent, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Essex, completing a Master's degree in Gallery Studies from 2009 to 2010.
