Teresa Fong

Teresa Fong has extensive work experience in the sourcing and procurement field. Teresa began their career with the Iowa Bankers Association as a Web and Print Media Graphic Designer in 2000. Teresa then joined PAi - Paramount Apparel International LLC in 2001 as a Senior Buyer/Designer, where they were responsible for global procurement management. In this role, they identified qualifying vendors, monitored vendor capacity and performance, and negotiated prices and terms. Teresa worked at PAi until 2010.

Teresa then joined Capri Williams as a Sourcing Manager from 2010 to 2011. Their responsibilities included managing product execution and cost negotiations for imported costume jewelries, as well as monitoring sales and maintaining inventory.

Teresa returned to PAi in 2018 as the Director of Compliance. Teresa later took on additional responsibilities as the Director of Logistics & Compliance in 2020, and currently holds the position of Director of Sourcing since June 2021.

Teresa Fong completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at Iowa State University from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they successfully completed from 2008 to 2009.
