Umaima Alam

Umaima Alam is a skilled technical product manager with diverse experience in product and project management, particularly within the banking and e-learning sectors. At UBL - United Bank Limited, Umaima initiated the integration of client satisfaction tools and led a mobile banking app revamp, enhancing user engagement and transaction efficiency. Previously at WonderTech, Umaima managed E-learning projects, implementing product management methodologies and developing an LMS with AR/VR capabilities. Umaima's career began with roles at Grotabyte as a product analyst and intern, focusing on user research and requirements analysis. Umaima holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from NED University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Media Informatics, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction at Universität des Saarlandes.
