Brandon Chan

Brandon Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical business analysis and system architecture within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Business Analyst at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since August 2018, Brandon has a proven track record of leadership roles, including as a Customer Solutions Architect at Optiva Inc., where significant contributions included delivering a multi-play capable telecom solution. Previously, at Redknee, Brandon played a key role in migrating a Java-based CRM product to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and led initiatives to enhance user documentation. Earlier career experiences include tutoring at the Elpis Institute for Advanced Study and working as an Assistant Database Developer at Hydro One. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
