Meera Rao

Meera Rao has served as a member of the board of directors since February 2022. Ms. Rao was CFO at Monolithic Power Systems, a publicly traded high-performance power solutions company, from January 2011 to March 2016 and vice president Finance from January 2009 to December 2010. Prior to Monolithic Power Systems, Ms. Rao held executive positions at Integration Associates, Atrica, Raza Foundries, nVIDIA, and AMD. Ms. Rao currently serves as a director and audit committee chair on the board of Rambus, a publicly traded premier chip and silicon IP provider. Ms. Rao is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Rochester in New York.
