Zexiong Zhou

Zexiong Zhou is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Impinj since June 2022, with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Previously, Zexiong worked at STMicroelectronics from July 2010 to February 2020, holding roles such as Operation Testing Manager, where management of testing engineering teams for various packages was a key responsibility. As Project Development Engineer, Zexiong led the introduction of IPM Generation II, overseeing cross-functional teams. Additionally, Zexiong served as EWS Process Testing Engineer, focusing on the FlipChip EWS process and ensuring successful transitions to mass production. Zexiong holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from South China University of Technology.
