Kristian Børselien

Kristian Børselien is a seasoned management consultant with over a decade of experience at Implement Consulting Group, specializing in commercial development and growth strategies for large Norwegian and Scandinavian companies. As a partner and managing consultant, Kristian focuses on customer experience management, customer relationship marketing, multichannel development, and commercial strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Head of CRM at RiksTV AS, where significant improvements were achieved in customer equity and satisfaction metrics. Kristian has also held positions in various organizations, including Chairman of the Board at Sameiet Vogts gate 52 and as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kristian's educational background includes an MSc in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and a BSc in International Marketing from the University of Gothenburg.
