Lærke Aya Vang

Lærke Aya Vang is a Senior Consultant at Implement Consulting Group since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director, Senior Associate, Associate, and Research Specialist at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics from September 2018 to September 2023, focusing on behavioral economics applications. Lærke also contributed as an Økonomiske Konsulenter at The Danish Parliament from July 2016 to September 2018, supporting members on public policy, with a focus on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, Lærke completed a master's thesis on immigrant integration in collaboration with VIVE and interned with the Economic Development Department in Chula Vista, researching business fee schedules. Early experience as a Data Analyst at Statens Serum Institut involved investigating vaccination impacts in Guinea-Bissau. Lærke holds a Master's degree in Economics from Københavns Universitet, complemented by studies at North Carolina State University and a summer program at The London School of Economics.
