Carlos Nicoletti

Carlos Nicoletti has a strong background in investment management and digital transformation within the real estate sector. From October 2018 to July 2021, Carlos served as a Senior Investment Controller at Implenia, where responsibilities included leading investment decision support and managing a large real estate portfolio in collaboration with senior leadership to enhance investment strategies and capital allocation. Prior to this, Carlos held a position as a Senior Consultant, focusing on digital transformation and process optimization in the real estate division. Carlos holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Collège des Ingénieurs.
