Jan Born

Jan Born has extensive experience in HR IT management and system implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as Teamleiter HR IT and HCM Manager at Implenia since July 2020, Jan previously held roles such as HRIS Manager at Swissport, where key achievements included managing the SF Recruiting Module rollout in Germany and serving as SAP SuccessFactors Application Manager. Jan's background also includes significant positions at SIX Group as HR System Project Lead and Expert, focusing on SuccessFactors solutions and enhancements, and at Swiss Re as HR System Expert and Controller, leading a major project to transition from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Cloud. Prior to these roles, Jan held leadership positions at UBS Wealth Management, overseeing HR IT teams and managing various HR projects. Educational qualifications include a Betriebswirtschafter HFW from Marketing and Business School Zurich and a Kaufmann diploma from Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung Horgen.
