Jessy Oates

Jessy Oates, aPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of people operations, executive assistance, and volunteer management. Jessy is currently employed at Imply as the Director of People Operations. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of People Operations at Imply. Jessy also served as the Director of Business and People Operations at Zendar and as a Senior Executive Operations Partner at Hustle. In addition, Jessy has worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at Twilio Inc., the CEO and COO at eatsa, the CEO at Sellpoints, Inc., and as an Executive Assistant at UC Berkeley. Furthermore, they had a volunteer position as the Volunteer and Outreach Manager at Cat Town. Jessy started their career as a Driver Operations Manager at Lyft and as an Executive Assistant III at the University of California, Berkeley.

Jessy Oates attended the Academy of Art University from 1998 to 2001 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Jessy then pursued general education at San Francisco City College. In 2021, Jessy obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI.
